This is the stuff to use with your humidifier disc. It isn't water, it's a glycol solution so it lasts for months. It works with the Xicar humidifier and similar that have the gel beads. To date, this is working excellent!

With the beed jars ,it's easy to use and takes up little space. Distilled water, for me, is a thing of the past. I have several humidors. Could you , at least, sell it by the quart too?

My humidor got some mildew so I opted to upgrade the humidifier that came with my box to a better one without breaking the bank. This was it! Got the package and to my surprise there were two jars! I opted to put one in my 100 cigar humidor to see if that handles the load of 20 - 40 cigars, which is what I normally keep on hand. It was perfect! The box held at 70% and has been consistent for over a month now. The second jar isn't even needed unless I go over 60, so I recon the package can handle a bigger humidor. No mildew is in my box and my cigars are nice and fresh. Is a easy to use humidifier with everything you need to upgrade from the regular foam based humidifier. A great deal.

Mine came in a plastic bag, that is a good thing because the bottle teens to leak easily, but the solution world great.

I use Thompsons solution to condition my humidor and I also apply it in my humidifier to keep it at its optimum humidity. It's very easy to apply inside the humidor for conditioning. And it keeps my cigars tasting great with great smok ability, and I would recommend it to any cigar smoker.

This is a no-nonsense product. I have used it my humidors for years. Reasonable price, works well - no surprises here.

Works great to fill any humidifying pads or crystals. Look for deals on aution to purchase since I feel it is a little expensive. Which the price would go down for the larger bottles.

This solution helps to keep my 150 count Humidor and the cigars in it fresh and smokable. I have used for several years and really trust this product.

Solution works great. I have been testing it in two humidification systems in the Lucky 7, one with just distilled water the other with Thompsons 50/50 solution. The Thompsons solutions lasted about 20 days longer than the humidifier with just the water. However, distilled water is much cheaper. You could just buy a quart of propylene glycol yourself for the same amount as 1 bottle of Thompson's solution and do a mix yourself if you wanted. Over all, satisfied with the product, cost seems to high for something that you could do yourself.

I've had this a month and it appears not to be working I can't get my humidor above 54% humidity.

The Solution is handy and works great. Just watch your humidors hygrometer and if the moisture starts to drop a bit it's time to give your humidifier a squirt to recharge. My humidor is not large, holds 40 cigars; I normally have 15 to 30 cigars at all times and the solution keeps them right at 70%.

Great product, but for the quantity, pricey. Its 50% or greater water.

I use this product with my TC Crystal 100 Humidifier, and I have had perfect results. My Humidor now maintains 68- 72% humidity until I need to recharge the Humidifier. This is much better that the old sponge humidifer that came witht the humidor which never got abouve 60%.

Enjoy a good smoke without harsh aftertaste. Thompson Red Label is a mild, smooth cigar, great for after dinner relaxation. Having to cut end to open draw tends to produce multiple tobacco fragments that are annoying and require cleaning off tongue too often.

My hygrometer loves the consant humidity I'm getting now as opposed to using water. So do I. A bottle will last a long time - very affordable.

Cigars always seem fresh

This it the liquid that looks like water, that is used to fill the humidifier in your humidor. The flip up on the cap makes it easy to control the amount it is dispensing. My HYGROMETER indicates that it has the right humidity. Who can ask for anything more? One bottle will last quite a while.

This product is a must have for any cigar smoker. It keeps the humidity inside my humidors at the optimum humidity levels, without me having to cheak it everyday when I used distilled water!

After reading numerous articles debating distilled water vs PG solution, I took the PG route. I've had some problems with my little humidor, though. I need to get a hygrometer for it. My larger 125 count humi is working perfectly with the Thompson PG solution. It's not that expensive and it lasts a long time so you can't go wrong.

Seems to work as advertised. Didn't come with instructions on how to "START UP" a new humidor but contacted customer service and we are good to go.

just sprinkle enough drops so the crystals expand and act like jelly. when my hygrometer shows it getting dry in the humidor [about 4 weeks here in Afghanistan], simply repeat. plenty enough to last through a 1-year tour

Was using destilled water but was getting a milky residue. Got the soluition to the problem and this works for a healthy humidor and well ballenced moisture.

I purchased this solution with my first humidor. After initial setup it has kept my humidor at the perfect humidity.

The fluid itself is great. I use it other humidifier containers. The gel sold with the item only lasted about 3 months then started to loose its humidifying capabilities. Had to find alternate humidifiers to use solution with. I would only recommend the solution but not the humidifying gel sold with it for longevity purposes.

Ordered two bottles of Solution. As always, the order was messed up. Received one bottle. Every cigar purchase I have made resulted in stale cigars. This is the second time I have ordered solution, the first time, I received an empty box. I won't be ordering from Thompson again.
