Your $15 Thompson Cigar Reward Card can be applied to purchases of qualified merchandise online at Thompsoncigar.com, to phone orders, by mail or fax, or in person at our Thompson Cigar Retail Outlet.

Reward Cards Terms and Conditions
Reward Gift Cards are single-use coupon codes that are issued by Thompson & Co. of Tampa, Inc. for "Thompson Cigar" and may be used online, by phone, by mail or fax, or at our retail store in Tampa, FL. Thompson Cigar Reward Cards must be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible merchandise according to the terms of the gift card. Any unused balance will be forfeited at the time of purchase. If an order exceeds the amount of the Reward Card, the balance must be paid with another available payment method. Reward Gift Cards will be invalid and the value will be forfeited upon expiration. A Reward Gift Card is a unique code that does not require a PIN and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Reward Gift Cards have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively. You may use up to 5 Gift Cards or Reward Gift Cards on a single transaction. Simply enter your Reward Gift Card Number, click apply and repeat. Reward Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are not redeemable for cash. Reward Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards, have no implied warranties and are not rechargeable. Thompson Cigar reserves the right to change these terms at any time and without notice.

Gift Card & Reward Gift Card Limitations
Gift Cards & Reward Cards may not be redeemed for the purchase of products on Thompson Cigar Auction or subsequent auto shipments. Gift Cards & Reward Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Card balances in a Thompson Cigar account may not be transferred.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss Gift Cards & Reward Cards pass to the purchaser or recipient upon our electronic transmission via email or by making the Gift Card available to print, or by delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card or Reward Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Fraud
Thompson Cigar will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on Thompson Cigar.
