Most packs have way , too ,too much cherry and the taste to my lips like cherry chap -stick .The Thompson filter cigarillos are a very good product that I will. continue to buy but I will try to stick.to the full flavor if available. Keep.up.the good products Thompson!

I usually buy the regular full flavor, but they were out of stock, so I thought I'd try these. Smoke-wise, they are as nice as the regular full flavor, with a hint of sweetness, and they smell great, but for some reason they seem to irritate my lips. If it wasn't for the irritation, I'd make them my go to.

The cigars are smooth and taste good .I should have never got the cherry flavored though, they agitate my allergies . Other wise a good product at a great price .

My wife quick smoking cigarettes' two months ago. She started smoking these to replace the cigarettes that she would smoke when sitting outside. Smoking one of these she feels that void.

The customer service person I spoke with was excellent. The delivery was timely as always. The product was my 2nd choice, first coice has been on back order the last two times I've called. That may not be your fault, but it precludes the 5th star. You remain the only place where I buy tobacco products.

I didn't need an auto shipment yet. I had switched back to Iguana's for my auto shipment. Hold all auto shipments until I contact you. Currently unavailable until the end of November. Will contact you then. I also don't like that I have to receive my orders via express mail! Regular mail makes it to San Antonio, and then is returned as non-deliverable.

I think Thompson Filter Cigars taste better than the Remingtons that I have ordered.

Package arrived on time. However, on two separate occasions, the packages were poorly/loosely packed in a cardboard box that was too large for the contents and as a result, arrived broken open. One time, the order was so badly packaged that it ripped completely open and one of the items ordered was missing. Customer service was great in that case and the missing item was promptly sent to me.

We have been smoking this brand for a few years. For awhile the packaging had some real problems which they have now corrected and I believe they have improved the cigars themselves. Both my wife and I smoke these. My only complaint is that the shipping was horrible. It took well over 2 weeks and the cartons were just thrown into a box that was way too big so there was a lot of damage to the cartons. Not bad enough to send back (that would have been too big of a hassle plus I didn't know how long it would take to get some more.). So 5 stars on the cigars and 1 star on the shipping (the 1 star since they did finally get here.
