Great cutter! Very sharp and precise. Although, I am shocked it did not come with a case like other Xikar cutters.

First the two blades did not open uniformly, so one needed help to open fully. As I helped open it, the wood decor came off in my hand. Looked like it had just been wedged on: no fastener, glue or the like. So, glueing the wood back on, ofcourse i got glue on the blades, which now only open using great force. Silly of me, but nothing I would have done if the thing had worked right and stayed in one piece to begin with. Pretty item, but sub-par construction.
