I have used this product for some years. It is excellent and does the job quite well. While the company will resharpen the product for free, I have never had to have that done. Quite the contrary, the cutter blades have held their sharpness and there has been no need to have them re-sharpened. I have purchased additional cutters to replace ones that I have lost.

Lost the first cutter purchased but though enoungh of it to buy a second.
