Each Envoy cigar case holds one, three or five cigars respectively up to 54-ring gauge each, keeping any smoke safe with a modern style all its own. With top-grain, armada leather, each piece has a well-dressed appearance and a soft feel. Contrast stitching secures the leather, giving it a contemporary look. The inner lining of the crush-proof case, crafted with genuine Spanish cedar, holds the ambient humidity of the cigar and projects the fresh cedar smell of a humidor on every opening

This case is great. Feels good in the hand. Solid construction, therefore plenty of protection for cigars. I recently traveled with this case. I took a couple cigars from my humidor, two days later they were in the same condition. One drawback may be if you have cigars with a larger ring gauge, only two cigars will fit into case. Only a problem if you need three cigars.

The case works well, but the glue that attached the leather cover to the case failed after I left it in the car. If you plan to leave this case in your vehicle or a moderately high heat area, keep looking. Before the glue failed, it was a very nice looking case.

My Xikar Envoy Single still has a pop when seperated. The Envoy Three seems to have loosened up a little. If that is not good, like all Xikar products it will be replaced.

I take this (full) whenever I go out on the town or to visit friends. It's perfect for sharing a cigar with a (or two!) without being bulky. If, God forbid, I don't get to smoke one, the cigars stay fresh and safe until I get them back in the humidor at home. It helps that the case looks awesome, too!
