When they burn evenly they’re not bad. Alas, this last bunch has had a bunch that have decided to only burn on one side, regardless of how carefully they are lit and the initial fire is evenly distributed. Being hand-made is only good if the person doing the making is paying attention.

Smoked 2 cigars. After 2 maybe 3 draws and then a pause to hit a golf shot, the fire went out! Had to relight over 20 times during the smoking of the cigar. It was ridiculous and irritating! I’ve ordered these before and never had an issue. I thought maybe it was one bad cigar. Had a second one a couple days later and the same thing occurred. I emailed Thompson yesterday for their solution of my wanting to return them and receive a refund , or their own solution but have not heard back. I will call them later today
