First of all these are not premium cigars thus the 3 stars. However those of us who buy these are cheep like the cigars themselves. That being said the trick is to put them in your humidor for two weeks at 70% humidity and you will be a little more impressed (as they are dry when shipped or they dry while in route or both). The tobacco was no longer dry and flakey. They smoked and burned evenly small differences in the tobacco flavor came through. They didn’t burn hot unless drawing on them constantly. Also this allows me to have a smoke while stretching the premium smoke I buy to last longer in my inventory.
