I didn't receive it (never delivered) called CS and only got refunded the cigar amount with out shipping. Called customer service and explained that, was to!d made a manual adjustment to square it up. Haven't seen adjustment refunded yet, and if I don't won't order from you again. To bad been a satisfied customer for 30 years. Your call!

These are a really good cigar. The draw was good as well as the burn, which has a nice white ash. The only real complaint I have was the uncut rnd was dry. They were stored properly after they arrived, but for some reason never got moist like the rest of the cigar. But since this is the end you draw off of it was not that big of a deal to me. I would definitely buy again.

They don't burn evenly and seem loosely rolled. The favor is good but I usually perfer a larger ring guage. I'm going to stay with Rocky Patels or Gurkha's.

This cigar has a good construction also the flavor profile is consistent. It does not have a complex flavor profile just a real nice natural sweet tobacco flavor. I personaly like this cigar better than other slightly more expensive cigars. I almost forgot to mention this is a long filler cigar no choped up tobacco at all. Does have some heavy veins on some,but still has a very good even burn. And great customer service from thompson and good packaging of the cigars none had any damage,and speedy shipping.
