Good value cigar.
I like you size, but sometimes it pulls hard making it unpleasant to smoke.

I would not buy this product again. Inconsistent in taste
I have smoked several and would send them back if I could.

Scroundrels found smooth, so smooth; made a happy camper out
I always looked for a general day to day smooth smoking cigar. Have tried so many but the Scroundrel is a keeper. Not expensive but the smoothness is very apparent. Plus a I have yet to find a dad Scroundrel construct.

Pretty nice for the price
These cigars are pretty good for the price. There are alot of inconsistencies with them, such as wrapper and consistency of the roll, but overall good for daily smoking especially in Arizona where a larger smoke falls apart before finishing due to the hot, dry summer air.

Ugly looking but a good quick smoke.
This is a perfect cigar for taking the dog for a walk. Burns well. Good flavor. They are a bit ugly but who cares what they look like! Smooth little cigar. I am pleasantly surprised!

I would NOT buy these again
these cigars burned my mouth because you have to relight them so often, they don't burn straight, the wrappers start unwrapping shortly after you light them. They are the worst cigars I have ever bought. Thompson You should be ashamed of yourself foe even selling them. I have tried to smoke eleven of them thinking that they might get better but they HAVE NOT got better. I don't know what else to say about them but BAD cigars. Jerry

Good Little Everyday Quick Smoke!
I found that this cigar is perfect for a quick smoke when I don't want to light up an expensive one. I chew on cigars while working and these are great for that too.

my cigars are always fresh and tasty, that says it all.
I've smoked cigars for over 30 years ,and THOMPSON , has always taken that extra step to make sure all was ok with my order,,and i can think of no other outlet that has the QUALITY ,and reasonable prices , as THOMPSON does ...

No more
I started smoking these over a year ago and I liked them. As time went on the smokes kept getting worse. The taste became inconsistent and keeping them lit became harder. The taste became very harsh and hot. I finally had to change my brand.

Good smoke for the money
Smoke them when driving

I will neither buy these nor recommend them
The majority in the batch I received were wrapped too tight causing a very poor draw, I found that drying them out did improve the draw but then it was like smoking hay and the flavor wasn't there. I'm not buying these gain

I buy these smokes every month
These are good after meals and and any time in between.

Nicely made funky small cigar.
I generally prefer the flavored perritos, but this is a great alternative with it's mild taste, easy draw and quality of construction. I enjoy one in the afternoon on the porch, watching the world go by.

Great for a cigar lover with a small cigar budget.
Driving around in my service van.

Scoundrels Petite Coronas : A Real Letdown !
Before ordering these cigars, I read over some of the reviews. Most of them seemed to be mixed; with some citing minor imperfections to losing half a bundle because the cigar wrappers were moldy. At the time, I really thought it was a bargain for the price, since it met my needs #1. A good 4 month supply for this semi-occasional smoker, and #2.cheap cigars to experiment with to help perfect my flavoring technique. However, after receiving my cigars, I noticed that about 1/3 of the bundle had greenish mold on the wrappers. I also noticed that the wrappers were very loosely wrapped, which required quite a bit of saliva to fix each cigar before smoking them. The wrappers were also very stemy and just really poor quality. I mean even a cheap $1.50 cigar from the local liquor store could have beat it by far. These are just nasty smokes all-around & the smoke itself will actually make you want to gag for saying its supposedly "Mild". NO, I would Not buy these cigars again !!

Good flavor, construction, chewy, price is harda to beat
Everyday chewy tension breaker

A deal you can't pass up!
I really enjoy these little guys. A great taste that surprised me cause I've been disappointed many times. I've handed out a few of these and the response from other real cigar smokers is, these ugly smokes are really good!
5 out of 5
I order these for every day use, work, golf, and yard work.
Good price for as many as you get.
4 out of 5
Good little cugar
This is a good daily smoke. They are rarely bitter, and a few burn unevenly, but most are right on. They taste better than Besitos, & draw much easier than Friscos. No bits of tobacco in your mouth, wither. They are inexpensive enough to smoke a few a day. They burn about 30 minutes.
4 out of 5
They are ugly!
These are nice little cigars with mostly long filler that is about the size of a petite corona but a bit skinnier. They are a quick little smoke (say 15 minutes) that is perfect for a quick break or a short ride in the car. The construction can be inconsistent and although an easy draw, they are not tightly wrapped so you can get an uneven burn. They are on the milder side but still tasty! For the price, these are certainly worth it.
2 out of 5
They are ok.
Inconsistent wrapping, very loosely wrapped.

Thumbs Down
They're hard to light & to Keep Lit
3 out of 5
scoundrels
enjoyable and easy smoke, but ultimately unremarkable
4 out of 5
They ain't pretty!
They just are not pretty - but, they are more than a decent smoke. The cap is almost always a bit of a problem - but nothing you cn't fix with a bit of saliva. Easy to smoke - light flavor - burns pretty good - but at the price hard to beat

good cheap smoke
is what it is

Connecticut Broadleaf, Really????
Being a 35 year cigar smoker and a loooong time Connecticut broadleaf smoker, I find it odd that it says these cigars are wrapped with Connecticut broadleaf as I can detect none of the rich, nutty flavor that is Connecticut broadleaf tobacco. They are ok for messin' around in the yard, or the garage, and are not a bad smoke, but are just missing that flavor that comes with Connecticut broadleaf tobacco. Plus the last bunch I received had to many green mold splotches on them. I'll finish what I have left but doubt I will ever re-order them again. The Besitos are a much better smoke if your looking for a small cigar this size with good flavor.

Best under $1 stick out there.
I have not found a better smoke for around 60 cents a stick any where. I was skeptical to try them at first , so glad I did.

A pretty good cigar for the price.
I smoke 1-2 of these a day when I don't want a larger cigar. The taste is good and they don't hack my throat like some small cigars. Not bad at all!!
2 out of 5
Nah!
I would not buy them again.
5 out of 5
The best value in cigars I've seen!
I prefer a cigar which will be consumed in 10 to 15 minutes and find that these Petite Coronas by Scoundrel fit the bill perfectly. I also appreciate a rather mild cigar and they are very satisfying. No need to continually light them as they remain lit (not hard packed) and I also appreciate the fact that they are hand rolled. To me, they are the right size, correct mildness and packed just right.

HOT smoke
Decent smoke for the price. They are dry and smoke hot. Take them out of the wrapper and store in your humidor for a few days.

Not pretty but, pretty good
Not bad fresh off the UPS truck. After a month in the humidor they are pretty darn tasty. Excellent buy . Great homely little cigars for the money.
4 out of 5
great med size cigar....stays lit
great cigar and fair price
4 out of 5
Quite surprised
I am quite surprised that this little inexpensive cigar has very mild and nice taste. The trick to keep this cigar lit is to use a cigar cutter to cut off the tip of "smoking" end. My cigar stayed lit all the way to the end - never required a 2nd lighting.
4 out of 5
Pretty Good!
Unpretentious, mild, great choice for a quick smoke.

I would buy this product again and again
everyday smoke, Great taste for the cost.

Great little cigars worth a lot more then you're paying.

Did not like at all
One of the very few times I sent cigars back to Thompson. If you like White Owl or those other real cheap cigars you can buy anywhere, you'll probably like these. They burn terrible, taste terrible, are terrible.

Ruff built but smooth taisting
Not a pretty smoke but a good one.

"a good tasting cigar for the price"
the price these were, i would buy them again.

THE CIGAR BURNS ON ONE SIDE HALF THE TIME. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY (MY)

They said it well
This is a good smoke when working around the garage or the yard. It burns uneven, but for the price it works for the guy who smokes 5-6 a day.

Quick Smoke
Good smoke for the price. Cure these for a while for a good smoke.

Afternoon Smoke
Is just right for that afternoon smoke before a nice nap. :-)

best you can get for the price
The perfect every day everywhere smoker.
3 out of 5
AVERAGE SMOKE
I SMOKE THREE OR FOUR EVERY DAY. ALWAYS HAVE TROUBLE WITH UNEVEN BURN AND HAVE TO LIGHT OFTEN. I DO LIKE THE TASTE. IF ONLY CONSTRUCTION COULD BE BETTER. I HAVE BOUGHT TWO OF THE 75 COUNT BUNDLES AND ABOUT 75% HAVE BEEN POORLY CONSTRUCTED.
3 out of 5
Not Bad
They tend to not burn evenly - but hey they are an inexspensive cigar
4 out of 5
"tasty treats" IF moisture is right
can't smoke um day, they will be disappointment and waste if you do. my only complaint is that they came VERY dry
3 out of 5
" A nice smoke with a bad burn"
This cigar is easy to light and smokes great. I also enjoy the taste of it. Unfortunatley, it never has an even burn and the wrapper sometimes unravels while smoking. Good for an everyday easy smoke thats inexpensive.
3 out of 5
good cigars to relax with
I smoke most of the time this cigar was good but towards the end hard too keep lit.
1 out of 5
to hard to get a good draw
they look pretty and the taste is okay (what you exspect for a cheap gigar) - - but - - out of the first dozen smoked - 10 had drawing problems (to much work)
4 out of 5
Sweet, good smoke, but irregular wrapper
Good taste, draws well. Slightly inconsistant burn of wrapper
4 out of 5
Not bad at all.
I smoke one,or two a day..There nice when you can smoke without being broken..

4 out of 5
Good every day smoke!
The Scoundrels are a good daily smoke for those on a budget.
1 out of 5
Hard to draw, burnt uneven.
These were not as advertised. The draw was hard, they were hard to keep lit, very loosely rolled, and for a mild cigar they were quite bitter. They would be O.K. to give to friends that don't know beans about cigars
3 out of 5
nice inexpensive smoke
short on time these are a good choice
4 out of 5
A good short smoke.
A good smoke if you let them age for 6-12 months in your humidor
3 out of 5

below average small smoke.would not recomend to friends

nothing like headline
l Burns extremely uneven. Worse cigar I have ever bought from Thompson.
4 out of 5
MIld
They are my first cigar of the day. I smoke one a day.
3 out of 5
Not too bad
Not a bad little cigar. Nice "walking around" smoke. Not something to kick back and relax with. Has a very peppery undertone. Described by a friend as a "nasty little guy" it lives up to its' name.
2 out of 5
Strong "working" cigar
A cheap "work" cigar, in that it's small enough to hold in your lips while working, thus leaving your hands free. So long as you keep puffing it'll stay lit, but as others have said it goes out fast which is not a bad thing. Nothing mild about it; it's rough and harsh with no sweetness. This is a rough little cigar, and sometimes that's what you need.
3 out of 5
Good cigar & smoke for the quanity/value
Better, smoother, smoke without hunidor. Seems to help it burn more evenly. Flavor is not consistant but, a realy good cigar and deal, for the quanity and value.
2 out of 5
Decent taste, uneven draw.
Pretty good value for the price, but doesn't stay lit and filler is too inconsistant.
2 out of 5
An OK deal
The cigars were good for the price, but some would draw OK and some were very tight to draw. Overall a good value
1 out of 5
a miserable cigar
Worthless
4 out of 5
Nice everyday short smoke
This cigar is really getting a bad wrap. Its exactly what I expected. The only thing is that the description could give you the impression that this is a flavored cigar so you guys might wanna clean that up a bit. Great flavor especially after a couple weeks in the humidor.
3 out of 5
Some issues, but I lke it
I'm the first to admit that I'm NOT a cigar expert, but I've read some of the other reviews, and I think this little cigar is getting a bad rap (no pun intended). Sure, there are sometimes some construction issues, but I've found that about 8 out of 10 are ok...good draw, consistent burn, and great taste. And for 65 cents a cigar, it's well worth the occasional inconvenience of relighting a couple of times. I'll continue smoking them.
3 out of 5
Above average small smoke
every couple of days or so. Pleasant taste.
2 out of 5
Just an average smoke.
Just not my kind of smoke. I enjoy a smoother lighter cigar.
3 out of 5
Ugly but smokable
75 is a lot of smokes and at this price you don't mind passing them out to the gang.
4 out of 5
Good Smoke
good for when you have a short time to smoke.
3 out of 5
I got my money's worth.
You have to work at this one to keep it lit. OK if you're on a break and have a small amount of time for a smoke. Not one to sit back with a drink and a book, more for on the go. Sturdy construction, you can abuse it a bit. Good rugged, active, kind of cigar.
1 out of 5
Don't buy
While I've enjoyed many different smokes from Thompson, Scoundrels was not one of them. They were very loosely wrapped and were hard to keep lit. These should not be sold. If you want to try an inexpensive but nice smoke, try Red Label. very nice.
1 out of 5
Hard to keep lit
wrapper doen't burn while inside does, cause cigar to go out.
1 out of 5
Disappointment
Overly moist and nearly impossible to keep lit, without constantly working at it. I wasn't expecting a great smoke with these, just something to cut the lawn and puff on. However they were too much work and too little enjoyment.
1 out of 5
Over priced --- Over rated
They look like a great little cigar but that about as far as it goes. Cant keep them lit hard to smoke suck more air than smoke, I could go on but by now my cigar has gone out.
1 out of 5
a real disappointment
even though inexpensive they are also cheap- would not share with friends
1 out of 5
scoundrels
soft and hard to keep lite
2 out of 5
Tough cigar to really enjoy
I love the size. Flavor's not bad. This cigar won't stay lit, and burns very unevenly, resulting in a long burn up the side. I often have to cut the cigar off and relight. Pretty disappointing. I expected more from a Connecticut wrapper. I am an aficionado of the $1 or less cigar.
1 out of 5
Cheap is right.
The price was cheap, but the quality was a little cheaper. Hard to draw (tight) and they did not stay lit unless you were constantly drawing on them. I had several left over that I did not smoke and I used them in an old time cigar jar. Maybe it was a bad batch, but I doubt that I would order these again.
1 out of 5
very dissapointing
when smoking most everyone of these unrolled terrible product-never smoke again very rude treatment on phone
1 out of 5
ugly inside and out
the 1st cigar i will not ever smoke again. they will not stay lit even while smoking. i get tiny bits of tobacco in my mouth while smoking. flavor is like burnt dog.

Not for every one
I do not care for this cigar. This is just my personal feeling's
3 out of 5
Hard to keep lit
I have trouble keeping them lit.
1 out of 5
too much whiz and not enough bang
a very poor cigar
3 out of 5
a good smoke, but hard to keep lit
Good taste, great for keeping the bugs away, but hard to keep lit, requires constant puffing.
2 out of 5
Room for Improvement
I use this cigar as an everyday type of short smoke. The size and burn time are great when you're walking the dog or just need a quick bit of enjoyment. The wrapper imparts a nice flavor on it own, but the little cigar is hard to keep lit unless you are constantly puffing on it. This certainly makes it hard to enjoy and affects the flavor (which would otherwise be okay for a cigar in this type) when you have to draw hard to keep it lit or relight all together. For the price you really can't complain too much though; you get a decent little smoke that, at times, can be as good as any other cigarillo.
1 out of 5
Cheap and Terrible
So bad that I still have an unopened package of this cigar.
1 out of 5
Very Bad
Day to Day use, Nothing good to say about this smoke.

THESE ARE GARBAGE
AFTER TRYING 4 OF THESE, I SENT THEM BACK[...] BECAUSE THEY WERE GARBAGE. NOT ONE OF THEM BURNED WITHOUT FALLING APART. THOMPSON SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR SELLING THESE
