These cigars are too wet and tight packed. They will not burn unless dried 4-5 days then still do not burn properly. How may I returned them for refund?

Not enough sweet flavor to the lips, my favorite Backwood Honey Bourbon. My favorite was not available so I tried this brand and did not compared.

There were extremely dry and stale when I got them.. When I humidified them, I noticed that MANY cigars were comin unraveled or broken.... With that being said, the few that didn't have imperfections were decent cigars despite the inconsistent flavor between them.. If you want backwoods, these aren't for you.

Usually smoke 50 ring or better, but fine for a quick 10 min smoke. Pretty much what to expect for the price, but does hold a couple of surprises.

Very high quality and consistent flavor. Almost as good and maybe better than Backwoods. Easy light, good draw, and even burn. A third of the way through and had to relight and it went perfect to the end. Nice resealable packaging which is nice.

Mostly imperfections , cigars too tight to light and draw , continuously getting smaller in diameter & smaller as time goes on

The positive: The packaging they used has kept them fresh for months. I really like the re-sealable pouch idea. Foil lined inside, plastic reinforced outside, by far the best packaging for machine made cigars I've seen yet. They burn well and have an easy draw, the Pennsylvania Broadleaf wrapper is sturdy without feeling like a brown paper sack. The negative: I found them unpleasant to smoke. The cigars themselves have a reasonably strong coconut scent, which I find unsettling. The smoke is thick, but has a flavor a bit like old cardboard smells. I received 10 free in conjunction with another order and I don't feel like I got my money's worth out of them. I smoke Backwoods regularly, when I don't want to sit and smoke one of my big cigars. These are similar in appearance, with a slightly darker wrapper. About the same dimensions. I smoked one when I first got them, and didn't like it. I waited a few months, and tried again today. To Thompson's credit, the packaging really kept them fresh--they had the same taste and were still moist. These just aren't for me. I will give them another smoke here in a couple weeks, but I don't plan on writing another review on them. They have lots of flavor, but it just isn't a flavor I find myself enjoying.

These cigars are not at all what I was expecting. The honey flavor is very very bland and the flavor of the leaf is not very appealing. As I tried my first one I found that half way through I had no desire to finish. The taste seems almost nutty in a sense with a strong maple like background. I usually go with Backwoods Honey Bourbon and they are far superior. Being from Pennsylvania I wanted to give these a go as the outer leaf is from Pennsylvania. Very disappointed with this purchase.
