The cigars I ordered is advertised in your catalog for $52.00, but you charged me $66.00. When I asked the lady at your company why I was charged $14.00 more, she said you don't sell these cigars in ten package. I told her I got your catalog the day before. Then she told me that you were out of the ten packs. None of this is my fault. I sent the cigars back and requested my money back. Discover card is investigating. I've been a customer of yours for over 20 years. This is the first bad encounter.
