Handmade in the Dominican Republic, the Partagas Black Label Classico Sun Grown Robusto (5 1/4" x 54) is an extremely dark in color and very robust in flavor with its medium-full body. Partagas Black Label uses darker, heavier Cuban-seed Medio Tempo wrappers that are allowed to age a little longer than usual. The La Vega Especial binder used in the Black Label is sun-grown in the Dominican Republic to give it a deep, rich flavor of its own. To add more character, the filler is blended with a mixture of Nicaraguan Ligero and Dominican Piloto Cubano Ligero. The larger ring gauges deliver that bold rich taste you won't soon forget.

Partagas is my favorite brand of cigar do to its flavor and it’s high. After a spending some time in the humidor it’s the perfect smoke. Even slow burn and the construction of the cigar doesn’t make it fall apart near the end.

This were delivered rock hard - cant draw smoke - first batch of any brand cigars I have bought from Thompson that I couldn't smoke. I have them in a humidor for a week now and they are still not ready to smoke. I usually prefer not to write bad reviews but I wouldn't want another customer to be disappointed like me. Hopefully this is just a one off.

It is a strong cigar with a strong flavor. It is sun-grown so I would say not for beginners. Has a good burn and a good draw. It is my go-to cigar if I want full flavor and if I have time.
