Not what I thought it to be

I already knew that Padron puts a great cigar, that's why I purchased the sampler. Cigars came fresh and ready to smoke highly recommend and will purchase again!

All the cigars in the Padron line are top shelf. This is a nice starter set to introduce someone to the brand. The only problem is once you've smoked these, you won't want to go back to other brands.

Smooth draw wonderful taste

Purchased for the Padron loving cigar boss....my brother! Since we live far apart and he handles issues with my aging Dad, I wanted to show him I appreciated it. This package was the perfect way. He loved them.

Great cigars at a decent price

You can't go wrong with a Padron cigar. Outside of Cubans; this is the name that consistently rates highly in blind tests. I couldn't decide which to try - that is why I went with the Sampler to get one of each. They were all excellent smokes from the lower priced Padron's to the more premium priced Padron's. It depends upon your occasion. Pick the lower priced for more of an every day cigar and save the premium priced for special occasions.

Padron in my mind is the pinnacle of cigar making. Rich and full of a wonderful spectrum of flavor. Simply the best.

Cant wax as eloquent as some others. Not bad, would rank in top fifteen cigars I have smoked. . Don't use a punch, the cap is thin and rips.Overall good flavor, mild on the draw but strong on the rehale..Will try the maduro next time.

the world over, if you aren't smoking a Cuban, most likely you will go to a padron. The 4 here will prime you for the spectacular fifth offering, strong flavorful and consistent. It's a fine benchmark into the other varieties padron has to offer, but I always return to the 2000. Man, I wish I had one left right now.

Everyone that loves a cigar loves a Padron. They are consistently great smokes. And this sampler gives everyone, especially those new to Padron, a great overview of the brand and what they're about - but even seasoned smokers will love it, especially the 1964 Anniversary stick; it's a gem. Would highly recommend that everyone buy this sampler at least once. For the price, it's very worth it.

Great smoke for a couple of times a week

This was a truly great cigar. Great flavor and very smooth. enjoyed this cigar down to the last puff.

They are Padrons. There is nothing more to say. They are in my humidor aging a bit but you will not be disappointed if you enjoy a top quality cigar. If you have the patience, let them age for 6 months in a humidor at around 67-69% RH. They do improve. I do not recommend smoking ROTT. There is a reason the others go on sale for 30%, 50%, 70% off and Padron doesn't. They are made in the old Cuban tradition.

These are some of the best cigars I have smoked. I am looking forward to ordering a box of 3000.

You know that book "How To Win Friends and Influence People"? Faggedabouit. Give this Padron sampler to your friends, relatives, and special acquaintances. Tell them you think they might like something in this package. Because this sampler is the complete cigar package. It causes one to experience what I have come to call "the delicious dilemma"; trying to pick which one of these beauts is my favorite. It's simple to determine which one of these cigars is the 2000, the 3000, the 4000, etc.. The 2000 is the shortest one of the bunch, the 4000 is the longest one, and the '64 Anniversary is labeled. That only leaves you with the 3000 and the 5000 remaining to be identified. And here's how to do just that -- lay both cigars on the edge of a counter with the head of the cigar hanging about an inch over the edge. Bend down to where you are eye level with the counter. Compare the 2 cigars, the fattest one is the 5000. It's not much fatter, but just a little bit. So, I waited a few days for a special occasion before I tried one of these babes. I woke up on Tuesday, and guess what, I got out of bed, and called it a special occasion! Smoke the 3000 first. It is the finest cigar I have ever smoked. Then smoke the 5000 next. Now we come to "the delicious dilemma" I mentioned previously. Because now I'm not so sure the 3000 was the best cigar I ever smoked anymore. Wait a day or 2 and then smoke the 2000, and the dilemma becomes even more complicated! Holy Moly! What a group of fine cigars they have in this package! Wait a day or 2 more and then try the 4000, and you will find out what I am talking about. They are all simply gorgeous, totally great, outstanding cigars. Then there's that '64 Anniversary still waiting for you. Give it a few days before you smoke this stick. There's just no other cigar on earth this good. I'm so sure of that I'm going to get another sampler just to verify my results. The Boveda 69 pack in the bag keeps them moist and fresh. Enjoy.

Got this set for a groomsman who is an aficionado. He was impressed I selected this set, as a I am am only a special occasion smoker.

Good tasting cigar

Padrón is one of my go to brands. I have yet to have a bad experience with any of their cigars. This sampler is a great intro to this brand. Their higher end cigars are exceptional and would recommend it if you like this sampler.
