The Oliva Serie V Melanio Petite Corona Sumatra features rich Ligero fillers expertly hand-created by Oliva's talented rollers. Taking their sweet time on this line, Oliva assures that premium cigar smoker's expectations will be exceeded. With a full but smooth draw, the long filler tobaccos are a blend of Oliva Nicaraguan Habano that emphasizes tobacco from the Jalapa region, an area known for a more nuanced leaf than the Esteli or Condega regions. Usually smoke the Oliva Serie V Melanio robusto or torpedo. Tried 2 boxes for a shorter smoke. First box was just ok second box was so dry I had to return it. The third box was just ok. Won’t buy these again.

These little guys are great! The amount of smoke produced is great. The flavor from this little powerhouse is really tasty. Nice spice, tobacco, and earth with a touch of sweet, one of my favorites. The draw on these is perfect as you would expect from Oliva.

I have tried to love this cigar, really. I've bought 4 boxes hoping they would be as great has the larger sizes but for some reason, this size lacks flavor and hasn't developed over time. I've held on to them for more than a year and they are still the same. It's good for a quick stick but not if you're desiring a great cigar after dinner or with friends. Stick with some of the larger versions. My favorite is the Churchill size. It's a winner every time.

This is a perfect 30 minute cigar, a great companion to a favorite scotch or whiskey. My only real complaint of it is that it is doesn't last longer. All kidding aside, if you haven't tried one of these, I strongly recommend it!
