It's not the Cigar, it's Thompson Cigar that is failing! You once had very good customer service - now you cannot talk to a live person when there is an issue. Too many backorders - customers have to be careful to check that prior to ordering. Your shipping cost is outrageous, I can now get the same cigars at retail shops at less cost. What happened to you guys?
