The cigars were excellent, your method of delivery was deplorable, most recently you sent my cigars to New Jersey the wrong way then you sent them past me to urbancrest ohio then to new Stanton pa where they were held and given to usps the NEXT day,and finally to me.given what you charge for delivery,that is terrible!
