One of my better humidors I wish I had extra money to purchase another one

It's ok but the doors do not line up very good and needs a lot of water added to it to keep the humidity up more than the kit that came with it

I did not receive this item. Instead I received a significant upgraded product which I am very happy with. The new item was much larger than I planned for so I had to move some stuff around to work it in. It was a dirty job, but someone had to do it. :) I buy all my smoking products and accessories from Thompson and do not plan to change that in the future.

holds hundreds of cigars an keeps them an even 70 degrees. suggest you have a small gel pack on each shelve.

This is a beautifully built humIdor. Three drawers with dividers allows separate spaces for my cigars. The one issue is the size of the humidifier. It is too tall for the drawers and takes up too much space when laid flat.

Four stars for the beautiful humidor and the fifth star added for Thompson cigar and the wonderful customer service

customer service is very poor. I called twice and spoke to two people. each told me they would call me back, one the next day and the other in a few days. neither kept their promise. i called regarding my humidifier. major improvements are needed at thompson. i will take my business elsewhere.

The dial that reads the humidity level has never moved. I followed the instructions. That is very disappointing

Overall pleased and is a good display case illustrating your top shelf sticks, literally via the glass over the top of three shelves.

Absolutely beautiful love it. Works and smells great.

Mine arrived with the back of the top drawer broken. Didn’t want to mess around with trying to get a new one and glued it back together.

Great looking case, held up to 196 of my cigars. The humidity meter/gage only will go to 60%, no matter how moist it is. Been keeping it damp every week.

Thompson Cigars never disappoints

Return it. It had a defect on the front, scratch or clean coat bubble.
