Knuckle Sandwich Connecticut is a collaboration between Espinosa and AJ Fernandez with input from celebrity chef Guy Fieri. Underneath an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper lies a binder and long-fillers from the volcanic soils of Nicaragua. In addition to a subtle sweetness from the wrapper, the blend exudes notes of leather, cashews, and spice.
