I love this herf. Small issues were a split on one of the larger tray corners, and the cables that keep the lid from opening were kinked so I have to carefully hand feed them down the sides when I shut the lid to make sure they don't get stuck under the sides and break the seal. After 1 week. . . she is still holding humidity. I hope it stays that way. . . thousands of dollar$ of my precious stogies in there. Fingers crossed.

1 tray corner separated during seasoning. Quickly replaced with a whole new cooler by Thompson. Great customer service. Only complaint the new latches much harder to use.

So much space. The cedar trays are really quality and fit well. Mine is almost done seasoning and has held humidity great so far. The outside is super durable. I would buy another, but probably will never need more space!
