The cigars in sampler were too big for the box. They were shoved in anyway crushing one and making it unsmokable. Two individual cigars were put in plastic bag loose in shipping box and were also crushed. A little more care with shipping would have been appreciated as I lost 3 out of 7 cigars with no response from seller.
