The Garcia Family, of My Father Cigars fame, lovingly crafted the all box pressed Flor de las Antillas (Flower of the Antilles) as a tribute to their birthplace Cuba, and its legendary cigar making heritage. The Flor de las Antillas Robusto Sun Grown (5" x 50) is comprised of a variety of exceptional, Cuban-seed tobaccos lovingly tucked inside a flawless, oily, dark brown Sun Grown wrapper leaf of the highest quality. This medium-bodied, box pressed Nicaraguan puro is then packaged with re-circulated early 20th century artwork, further enhancing its nostalgic feel. From blend to box, Flor de las Antillas Robusto is a delightful retro handmade for these modern times. Don't dally, perfection awaits you!

Very good cigars. I am still searching and trying out different cigars. However this one is one of my favorites and I very highly recommend it to you if you have not tried it. Just to add that I am extremely picky. Other cigars I enjoy are La Gloria Cubana, Oliva Master Blends 3, Cohiba Red Dot, Nub Connecticut.

The My Father Flor De Las Antillas is just an all around good cigar. Easy draw, even burn, medium bodied cigar that I love to smoke. It's my "go to" cigar that I have to have in my humidor.

A very nice medium smoke that is a step up for an every day cigar without compromising quality or breaking the bank. The Maduro is also excellent with a little oomph in the back half of the finish.

Great for the golf course. This is one of my golf group's go to cigars on a nice day at the course. Great draw, stays lit, mild enough not to overpower us for the round, but still great flavor.

This is my favorite cigar for the past five or so years. It has great aroma and taste. It is consistently perfect. Never a problem with construction or variability with taste. This is a cigar you will be proud to share with Friends.

As a former "Cigar of the Year", this smoke lives up to its top rating. Exceptionally smooth and flavorful all the way from lighting it to the end. It is one of the few cigars I purchase by the box and every time I share one with a friend, they are amazed.

This is a very well made, dense, great tasting, high-quality cigar that has a couple of minor flaws. The good: Great construction. Great flavor. Burns very evenly (until it goes out). Competes well with others in the $10 range. The needs improvement: The draw is a bit hard, probably due to how dense the cigar is. I used a v-cutter and cut it width-wise which, for a rectangular box-pressed, usually results in a great draw. But it didn't for this cigar. Second issue is that about 50% to 60% of the way through the burn it went out. It went out two additional times after re-lighting. It was stored at 70 degrees, 72% humidity, and I smoked it outside on a 60-degree day with 40% humidity and a light breeze. I wasn't keen on re-lighting a premium cigar. Overall I think a 4.5 star rating is deserved. It's a very good - but just short of "great" - cigar.

For my money, this is an outstanding smoke. I am a huge fan of the Padron 1926 and 1964 series, but find them cost prohibitive for every day. Beautifully box pressed and perfectly constructed. I have rarely had one to burn unevenly or tight to draw. Fairly full bodied, the flavors develop beautifully throughout the cigar. If anyone has a suggestion for a better cigar at a lesser price I will be happy to hear it, but I haven't found one yet!

I found these on the list of the best of 2015...tried them and fell in love. There are at least 5 of them in my humidor at any given time.

I first tried this cigar when it was rated #1 by CA. I have since ordered numerous additional boxes and have never been disappointed. I have also found that this cigar is great to provide friends who want to smoke a cigar with me but don't smoke that often and need a milder cigar.

I had to wait to try it, but finally got to try the Flor de las Antilles and it did not disappoint. I like full-strength cigars, and while this isn't the strongest around, the quality, flavor and overall rich smoothness is nearly unmatched, and certainly IS unmatched in the same price range. This is a fantastic everyday smoke because it is typically quite affordable, but is certainly "high-end" enough for special occasions and other events. Can't wait to have more!

This a great cigar. Smooth and flavorful. No wonder it won cigar of the year a few years back. Plus, this is my wife's fav. Yes, I said that right. My wife! She didn't smoke, but kept smelling all the rich flavorful cigar aromas and tried it. She smokes many different robustos these days, but this robusto is one of her favs. Men and women alike, give it try!

I smoke a cigar a day usually after dinner. I enjoy most My Father cigars because of the favor and construction. I also like the band!

My favorite cigar is the Padron 1964 Anniversary and this is a close second at half the price. It lights quickly and evenly and burns flawlessly with a beautiful white ash. The draw is perfect from beginning to end. I punch my cigars and the cap is beautifully crafted for this. The wrapper is a beautiful flawless deep brown. This is a truly great cigar.

My favorite cigar is a Cuban Partagas Serie D #2. This cigar is a very close second - it has exceptional smoothness and flavor complexity for less than $7, and that makes it a tremendous bargain. Impeccable construction, a joy to smoke.

You look forward to a cigar and then get disappointed. Such is life. Mine began to unravel after the cut (the cigar that is!). Shortly after lighting, the cigar began to burn unevenly up to a 1/2 inch. Once the ash let go, a chunk of charred/unburned "fill" was allowed to escape. Towards the end of the cigar, I removed the band, which was glued to the wrapper. Ugh....Great taste-poorly made.

I love this cigar. I smoke these on special occasions. This cigar is delicious from the first puff, with notes of nutmeg, white pepper and just enough strength without being overpowering. It's hard to put down. I like smoking this with a glass of Blantons bourbon.

I waited and waited for this brand to be available and finally the robusto size was so I bought a five-pack to make sure I liked them. This smoke is everything Cigar Aficianado said it was. Now I know why it won 1st place for 2012. I wanted to try a five-pack of the toro size because that's the size that won 1st place but now I have to wait again. I WILL order a whole box of the toros just as soon as they're in stock. This cigar is the reason I'm going to invest in larger humidor and electronic humidifier. Excellent!

I have been sampling top shelfs since i've been here in Afghanistan. By far one of the best smokes i've had so far. Will be purchasing more for my humidor back home.
