Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust owner Steve Saka latest creation is the Red Meat Lovers, which he blended specifically to be pair with beef. Few things are better in life than a fine handmade cigar and a prime cut of beef, well Saka and his collaboration with the Red Meat Lovers Club have brought them together. The Red Meat Lovers Club is a group built around a shared love of all form of meat. “Cigars and steaks go hand in hand, but to my knowledge, no one has ever actually developed a blend specifically created to be enjoyed intentionally together as a ‘pairing,’” said Saka in a press release.
For this tasty blend Saka starts with an oily Connecticut broadleaf maduro wrapper, over a Mexican San Andres binder and a premium blend of Nicaraguan and USA Pennsylvania long-filler tobaccos. Light up this full-bodied cigar and you can expect notes of earth, dark chocolate, fat, and umami.
