Hands down a great deal. The Prensado has to be one of the best smokes ever. All of my brothers enjoy it anytime we are golfing or just relaxing in the backyard with a glass of wine or spirit. Rocky Patel always comes up with great smokes also. You will enjoy the Sungrown just as much.

The winner of this sampler is definitely the Rocky Patel Sun Grown Maduro, it has become my favorite from the Rocky Patel line and a top favorite in general. I really like the chocolate notes i get from the dry draw and while smoking it! The Alec Bradley was great as well, but nowhere near the Rocky Patel in my opinion! Overall great sampler!

Two fantastic cigars as far as I am concerned. I like the Rocky Patel a whisker more...but both are great.

Two sets of great cigars at a great proce

Hard to go wrong with this pairing; sometimes you want maduro, other times a lighter corojo, both with excellent construction and flavor profiles. Probably not recommended as a breakfast cigar (although I have been known to smoke either on my morning commute), but paired with a citrusy IPA or your favorite whisky they're hard to beat. I'm also a HUGE fan of the Double Down program!

I have been a long time fan of the Alec Bradley Prensado, and I think you have teamed this combo up with a smoke that might even be a bit beyond what the Prensado has achieved. The 95 rating the Rocky Patel Sun Grown Maduro has received is well deserved. Smooth from when you first light it, and that nut sweet Maduro that makes this a treat to the taste palette. This is a cigar you will want to enjoy right to the nub. I commend Thompson for putting this world class duo together.

Just try it's worth it

Plenty of smoke and great construction. Full bodie and fairly high strength near the last third. Flavor varies in both going from pepper and leather to a smoother coffee flavors. Great purchase

There's a reason these are rated so High.

Had no problems with either cigar both excellent, smoked one a gave one to a buddy who shared my exact sentiments
