I like dealing with Thompson Cigars but unfortunately these cigars are on back order.

Poor construction for hand rolled. Cut leaves mixed with long leaf. Very inconsistent smokes. Some had good flavor, others did not. I bought them for while I work around the farm, and for that they are fine, but certainly not something I would brag about. The 40 count sampler is less expensive with better smokes.

Inconsistent construction and burn.

I typically cut my smokes in half and enjoy 1/2 in the evening after dinner and before bed. Recently when I cut one I noticed some kind of impurities. It turned out to be small hard rocks or limestone, I was able to crush it to a powder but I disposed of the cigar. Another time when I cut one in half, there were some hard stems or something. I tried to pull them out but I couldn’t so I assumed it was part of a leaf. Also, they often don’t burn evenly.

Good alternatives to the name brands. Little hard to keep light during golf with a riding cart (to much wind) but good if smoking and enjoying just a cigar without other distractions.

I bought 2 of these and while I haven't gone through them all yet most were decent smokes. But one of the sticks (Don Osvaldo) - there were 4 total (2 in each package) literally unwrapped as I smoked them. I had immediately put them in my humidor when they arrived and let them acclimate for a least a week before smoking. Decent bundle but at least 10% was unsmokable

VERY disappointed. All of the ones I've tried so far have been exceptionally dry and the wrapper falls or flakes off. Also, the quality is definitely sub-par even considering these were only of the sampler variety. I never had this issue with Thompson over the years until now, after the purchase of Thompson.

It's good to switch up every once in awhile. I usually prefer fuller bodied smokes but found myself getting a bit overwhelmed. These smokes were pleasantly mild to medium. The assortment of shades and flavors kept my interest. Great price too!!

Over all I was really unhappy with these cigars they arrived dry I let them sit in the humidor for two weeks and give them a shot. The taste was horrible. In my opinion the burn was horrible. In my opinion I would never buy the cigars again.

For a cheaper cigar I have no regrets on these bundles. A couple burned unevenly but overall an enjoyable kick around the house cigar. I have bought these bundles a few times and will continue as long as the price stays on the lower side.

Really great sicks to fill up the humidor. Could have done with out the sampler of Dominicans. Cheaply made and some had beetle holes. Some smoked very poorly.

Ok but not the greatest

Order sent on May 5. Tracking showed it had made to about 30 miles from my address for delivery, and it stayed there for several days. I emailed Thompson twice wondering why my order hadn't been delivered, but received no response. After waiting for 3 weeks, I contacted the via Chat and was told I should wait another week and if my order hadn't been delivered by then, I should call and they'd ship another order. After that time and still no delivery, I chatted with them again and was told they'd resend in 2 to 3 days via expedited shipping that usually takes 2 to 3 days for delivery. So after already waiting a month for my delivery, I needed to wait another 4 to 6 business days. Then I received an email saying part of my order was on backorder and could take up to 120 to ship them, if at all. If they are still not delivered by that time, they would refund my payment. I asked for some type of compensation for the ongoing inconvenience and they said the expedited shipping was my compensation for my inconvenience. The part of my order that wasn't on backorder that should have been sent expedited has not arrived yet.

I got what I paid for. Smooth sticks while smoking. Some, I'm going to age though. Got good ash and even burns and good draws.

The majority of the cigars included in this assortment do the job for an everyday smoke. As with most assortments, there are always a few that just don't do it for me due to difficult draw, wrapping or just the taste. But for the money, this is a great deal for what you get.

For $1 stick, it is what you expect. Cigars are properly made. If you don't care about brand names. Definitely a bargain for $1/stick.

This is a nice sampler for the money. This is my typical go-to because I don't like to spend a lot and I smoke one almost every day. The issue with this sampler is sometimes they may be to the old side and at least 2 cigars in the pack will not burn or I just can't get a pull on it because of a bad wrap or roll. I believe there are tools to skewer the cigar to fix this but at this price it is just as easy to toss it out and get another. I would give this a 3.5 if that was possible.

Seems like just about everyone is a runner. I lied it, and the fire goes in the middle of a cigar and comes out about halfway up the cigar. Not a very even or smooth burn in any stretch of the imagination.
