The tobacco is great, purchasing is a pain! For well over a year EVERYTIME I try to make an online purchase your site (cigars.com) is flagged as a fraud site, and I have to get live human intervention from my Credit Union to make my purchase. For some reason, the bags weren't sealed well this time and a lot of tobacco was out of the bags and loose in the shipping box. This hasn't ever happened before, and it made the tobacco even more harsh.
