The Aladino Candela is a cigar that pays homage to Juilo Eiroa who at one time was the largest candela grower in the 80's and 90's. The smooth-bodied blend is comprised of 100% Cuban-seed Honduran tobaccos, grown at the Eiroa Tobacco farm in Honduras. Candela tobacco is created using a special process where the tobacco is heated in specialized barns at a much higher temperature than other tobacco which gives the tobacco its distinctive green hue.
