The cigars are great. My first attempt to obtain my order was a disaster. I called and said it was saying my order never shipped. The customer service rep said he would file a claim. Still never received and called back. Basically got the run around and told I would have to wait 9 days to call back. No discount no refund nothing. Well my cigars still never arrived and the tracking still said it was never shipped. I called again, they finally filed a claim on something that was clearly NEVER shipped. Again was told they would ship. I asked if they would be expedited and they said no. Again was told that is was too bad and there was nothing they could do for me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can’t believe that a company would not take the customers word that the tracking number was saying not found for almost 2 whole weeks. Gonna be tough to do business with them again.

A good sampler for the price, no duds. The Alec Bradley stood out, to my taste, and I will be ordering more of those. The Ageing Room was good as expected. The others were OK, except I think a couple of milds were slipped in to this medium-to-full sampler.

Was looking forward to try some new brands offered in this sampler. Unfortunately, delivered cigars were not the same as advertised. Fine print says there may be "substitutions", but I don't feel they were equivalent. Few of the cigars had wrappers that are dried out and flaking. Did not enjoy 3 of the bunch. Rather mild and tasteless.

Great smokes great price

Nothing at all wrong with any of these smokes.

This deal allowed me to enjoy the best cigars at a price I can afford. My wife enjoys stealing a puff or two when I put one down to refill my glass of bourbon.

tried sampler because it is 90+ rated just didn't do it for me. could not find but 2 in the Thompson catalogue. If you are going to sell me something please have all the cigars in your own catalogue.

For the price it hard to beat what you get in this sample pack . It's an efficient way to try a lot of different cigars quickly . I just open up my humidor and start to enjoy . Just recently start smoking cigars ( a year or so ) and the sample packs have introduced me to all kinds of different kinds of smokes . Thanks for putting these together . Makes a great gift for anyone who enjoys cigars.

I've not tried all the cigars from the sampler (and I ordered more than just one sampler, but at least double the quantity), but consistently I find that cigars from all brands so far except most Fuentes are too darned strong. There is little reason for this. Thompson gives first class service and wonderful deals, but it seems, SO FAR, that the entire lineup is strong strong strong. When/if more mild cigars--and 44-46 ring seems sensible, too--are available I will be a happier puffer. As it is, choices are limited.

This was a great combination of old favorites and new surprises. Will order this again.

PRICE: At under $5 a stick this is a great combination. These are some really good smokes. Not only will you enjoy them, but you can feel good offering any one of these to a friend.NOTE - I SMOKE A FEW CIGARS A WEEK - I TRY TO FIND THE BEST CIGARS AT A MID RANGE PRICE. Please take that into consideration as you read the review. I suspect if you let nothing short of a $100 cigar touch your lips you are not reading this review anyway.SURPRISES: I enjoy trying samplers because I get exposed to new cigars. The Oliva Cain Habano was a bit different than my past Oliva experience. The draw seemed more open and relative to the size I expected it to last 2 hours for an Oliva but was more like an hour - not a bad thing, just different. It has the bold flavor but with the smoothness Oliva delivers. It is the entry to the Cain series but gives you a glimpse of what the higher end might offer. It was great to try this cigar.The PDR 1878 Reserva Dominicana was one of the biggest surprises. It over-delivered. Long lasting, rich smoke, wonderfully even. For whatever reason, I expected less and the cigar delivered more. At [$] it is a great value. It was so good I was compelled to look into Abe Flores a bit to discover he a young Dominicano whose family has been in the business for many generations. He is innovative with his blends and seems to have a passion for quality. PDR was considered a boutique cigar company a few years ago when they produced probably a million cigars or more yearly. I wouldn't call that a boutique, but still within the scope to be able to manage quality. Expect the qualities of that awesome olor Dominicano.THE REST OF THE LOT: I've not smoked through all of these yet, but enough of them to see they are consistently holding up to the 90+ ratings. Flavor is consistently good yet unique to each brand and design. Burns, draws, character, smoothness, smoke, etc are all consistent with what one would expect from a 90+ cigar.WHY 5 STARS: I used to be more hard core on giving out perfect scores to anything. However, if you simply consider value for these smokes they should meet or exceed your expectations for the price point. I find legitimate 5 star ratings helpful. When I shop for cigars to try, it is important to me to find credible ratings and of course I look for high scores. 4 stars tends to cover a broad range with most raters. I think this combination deserves to get a bump toward 5. I challenge you to find a better combination for the money.PREFER CHEAPER CIGARS? Splurge just once on this combo and notice the differences from buying seconds or white label cigars. You will at least want to have these for special occasions. WARNING: You may find it hard to go back to the cheap stuff.Hope this helps.

This collection of 90+ cigars was a great introduction to what a fine cigar can be. I am a fairly new smoker and was very pleasantly surprised at how smooth and complexly flavorful these cigars were. They are great paired with a robust whiskey.

Although I have only smoked a couple of the cigars, this collection is worth a repeat purchase.

I am not a huge smoker yet, but am enjoying trying out different brands in this stage of my smoking. I enjoyed all of these cigars, as they each have their own characteristics. The variety of the sampler was nice for someone who is not so experienced like myself. The only cigar i had a little trouble on the draw with was the PDR. It had a great taste, but the draw was not so great. There at least 4-5 sticks I will be seeking out from this sampler to purchase routinely.
