Shipping takes too long

Pretty much just what I expected.

Well still waiting for my order? I know we live on an island here but shipping is slow? Everyone ships on different days it seems. Even if I order in my state it's slow. Takes a couple of days for cigar companies to get a shipment on the way.

Well, where do I start? I had not had a "light" cigar in years, maybe even a decade. Usually, a dark wrap smoker. But, back in Jan. I had one that someone had purchased for me, instantly fell in love with its creaminess and smooth draw. Couldn't pass up the box purchase and looking forward to many great moments with this cigar. They've clearly hit this one out of the "park."

Generally a good draw, mild flavor and great aroma

Been smoking these for over 30 years. Unfortunately, they have declined in quality. This box is inconsistent in how well they are rolled. Both loose and tight. Hate to give them up but may look for another brand.

I am never one to make a decision about a cigar after only one or two smokes. Everyone knows that your palate changes and that cigars change with age so I decided to smoke another Hyde Park. It had been in my humidor for three weeks by this time. The cigar had a nice aroma before lighting which was consistent with the first two, but after the first few puffs this cigar was worse than the last one I tried. It honestly tasted as if the wrapper had been brushed in kerosene and the flavor was consistent with that. The first third wasn't bad at all but the last half of the second third was just awful. My wife commented that my face and beard smelled like "gas fumes"... REALLY DISAPPOINTED but I'm thinking I must have gotten a bad batch in the sampler.

Okay cigar.

This is my go to robusto. I mostly smoke toro's or churchills but if I want a lighter shorter, smoke this is it. Great rich flavor and perfect wrapper. Always consistent. This is another one you will always find in my humidor.

This is not a bad everyday cigar. The problem is that most cigars suffer from constructions problems. I keep looking for a good cheap everyday cigar, you may find one one day but the next it will be plugged or won't stay lit.

These Macanudo Hyde Parks are a great smoke in the evening with a glass of bourbon. They start with a slight spicy flavor that smooths out as it burns
