More moisture (cooler draw) than less expensive little cigars. The only "light" little cigar I've found. Excellent Swisher "sweet" taste. Highly recommend for those switching from cigarettes.

I waited nearly 4 weeks for my preferred little cigars to get off backorder. They didn't so I ordered the Swisher Sweets to get me by until you got some more Remington little cigars in stock.

You sent me mild cigarillos and not the regular. This has happened several times. I don't know if the website is incorrect, but when I order them the picture shows the carton as red and I keep getting the mild ones which is silver colored.

This product (grey/silver package) seems to replace the White w/ red lettering product. This product doesn't stay lit unless you keep smoking it. If you don't keep smoking it, it has to be relit several times.

It took a little longer than usual to get the shipment but once again I was pleased with our transaction.

Like your product, but why does it take from August 15 to the 26th to get to the USPS? Probably another week to get to me. Only my second order but same time lines on first as well!

My wife didn't like the light favored cigar's! Also either don't charge for shipping and send your product snail mail, or if you are going to continue to charge shipping find a better carrier. I may start looking somewhere else for cigar's with free shipping!

Very disappointing in shipping! For the past 10 years my orders arrived with 10 days. My last 5 orders have 15 days. @ of these orders were lost after 15 days and had to be re-ordered. I've tried contacting customer service to change to 3-5 UPS delivery acknowledging that this would cost $11.99 for shipping and requested confirmation. NOTHING! I am a loyal customer and now with the changes in the tax laws there is no benefit to using Thompson cigars. I've decided to send my business elsewhere.

Delivery was kind of slower than I hoped. But overall not too bad

I was ordering the cherry flavored ones but received the natural flavored ones instead. This purchase was deceiving due to the picture showing it was the cherry flavored. That is what I thought I was ordering. These are a very light flavor, at times some have almost no flavor.

Cool if you're into lighting up and then constantly having to check to see if it's even lit because there's no flavor. If you're looking for the red pack, look somewhere else because this company is falsely advertising this is what they're going to send you. SPOILER ALERT: they're going to charge your credit card, send you the wrong package, and then refuse to admit their mistake! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Easy Draw and Great flavor

I use to smoke the "regular" Swishers, but for some reason here and other cigar stores had problems getting them! I tried the Mild, and at first wasn't thrilled, but after a few of them, I found that I actually enjoyed them more!! I have now switched to the milds, and haven't looked back! Ps...as for "regular" cigars, I also tend to smoke the mild ones.....
