The Dutch Master Palma Natural Corona: it's like a box of chocolates—except half the chocolates are missing their wrappers. These cigars are a fantastic value for the two-for, but be prepared for a bit of a scavenger hunt for the ones that aren’t sporting a leaf that's had a rough day at the office. Still, when they’re on point, they're like a smooth jazz solo—just don’t expect the same from every single stick.

Love your cigars, but every once in a while, I’ll get a box that are insanely difficult to open. I have to take a scissors to them. If you could fix that problem I would have no complaints at all.

The product isn’t the problem. I love the product. I bought the three boxes of Dutch Masters and got only two and it took three weeks for the other box to get here very unhappy. And get rid of your personnel in the Philippines you can’t understand them and the connection is always crackling and bad
