The cigars were fine but customer service terrible. There was advertised discount of 25% yet I failed to get the discount. I am a veteran but the website will not give the veterans discount, webste needs to be improved/fixed.

It was delivered quickly and the cigars were fresh. I will be purchasing here again!

Smooth flavor

I'm a long time customer and order at least twice month. I recently ordered on the 8th and as of today have yet to receive it. I paid for the 3 business day delivery which should've been delivered on the 11th. I watch the tracker for 36 hours before and update was posted only to find out I have to wait until the 15th for my package even though I paid for quicker delivery. I'm not a tyrant. I understand things happen in customer service that unavoidable. However, I'm also of the opinion, that this should not be at the customers expense either. What happened to the days of taking care of the customer? No more! Now you pay for a service and if there's a problem just deal with it. No credit, no refund, no satisfaction. This is the second order in a row that UPS has been late after I pay premium dollar for their service, through your brand. The last time I believe it was a $30 fee and it still didn't arrive in time.

My first shipment was $10.00 less than my second shipment. Wasn't sure why it increased?

Flavor is as it should be, but every cigar, thus far, isn't fully seated and/or glued to the tip. There's a slight leak between the two, at that juncture. I tried contacting the Mfr, but they expect you to write a physical letter.

They came fresh and with the discount made them competitively priced and convenient to buy.

I was sent the wrong cigars by no fault of my own. I had to battle with the service representative to get the correct cigars shipped. After 2 weeks I finally received the replacement cigars and had to ship back the incorrect cigars at my own expense. I expected better service when I had to pay almost $100 for the ordered cigars. I will not do business with this company again.

after initial order i received a calland joined a monthly delivery service. But since tben ran out of original order and still waiting on delivery of my monthly ordet or was the guy joking when i signeg up for monthly delivery of a box of 50 every 25 days.?
