This batch was not as reliable as they have been in the past. It happens sometimes. So far I've had a couple that didn't burn well and had some bad tunnels. But most have been fine as they usually are! It won't stop me from buying them again that's for sure!

So here's where I stand on my recent cigar purchase. I was very pleased on the speed of delivery. As far as the cigars, I did/do have an issue. I don't purchase cigars in bulk too often, but was going on a guys fishing trip so it made sense. I did not take them out of the package they were delivered in to keep them safe for travel. When we opened the package to smoke them, the cigars were dry to the point of peeling. After returning from the trip I called customer service and was told I should have placed them in a humidor to rehydrate them. It makes sense, but I wish there was a clear reminder or attention note with the order to inform people on that procedure. I'll order again, and this time place them in the humidor.
