Great humidor for the price. Took two weeks to properly season. The hygrometer & humidifier are junk but I intended and planned for this and bought after market gel and a digital hygrometer. Overall very pleased with the purchase

As other reviews state; I replaced the humidifier and the hygrometers. To be fair I planned on replacing these for any humidor I was looking at in this price range. Using a top after market humidifier and a small jar humidifier in the bottom. This humidor will hold good steady humidity. I only have to tend to it monthly in the winter. I am very happy with this humidor. Get many compliments because of the display aspect.

Immediately throw out the humidifier that comes with it because it is trash. I purchased two aftermarket digitial hygrometers that I use for this humidor. I also sealed the glass from the inside with a food grade clear sealant to keep the glass from leaking humidity. I had to season this particular humidor 3 times but I also used the traditonal wipe down method. For my next humidor I will use a 84 Boveda pack and let it sit for two weeks. This is a great humidor for displaying your cigars and keeping them fresh. Overall it's a decent starter.

Great looking box, but the hygrometer is just for show. You will need to purchase a unit to gage the humidity in the box. Plus, the humidifier leaks and is poor quality.
