2 sticks in. They have a surprisingly good flavor and draw, with a even burn. I may have found my new casual smoke.

Good smoke for the price

I enjoy a robust smoke as much as the next guy but these are so strong they give me hiccups! I can only smoke one for a few minutes then I have to set it asside. I have no idea why they made them so strong. They must be rolled from pure ligero. Didn't someone at Thompson's test one of these first? I ordered 100. I have about thirty left. I swear I'm gonna start rolling my own.

one of my all time favorite cigars, PDR VLR Habano takes me back to the beginning of my cigar experiences. Great flavor that DEFINES what cigars should taste like (to me), great burn, big nicotine, low price.

Sometimes you try a cigar because of it's cost, which this time I did. I looked at the reviews and was impressed and I was even more impressed when I smoked them. Where there is a little inconsistency in the burn the draw is smooth and the flavor light. These will definitely make it to the favorite list.

Never again will I buy this cigar. These cigars burn terribly, worst I have ever had, from Thompson or any other seller. The wrappers will not burn, only burning is within the core. Some years ago I purchased PDRs and thought I remembered them to be a good, inexpensive smoke. But I recommend no one should buy these. I guess I'm required to give the PDRs at least a 1 Star Rating, but they are not even that good!

This is probably the best cigar I have ordered from Thompson. I don't smoke this everyday, just when I want to sit and relax while I can finish the whole cigar without interruptions. Yes, I will buy this again.

This was cigar was well worth the purchase for the price.

For a cheap smoke this Cigar is great, however the stick I just finished did have some issues with the wrapper breaking. In reality it did not affect the smoke, it's just that it didn't look all that great. I only have one more as I only bought 2, but when I order again a larger supply will be ordered.

I have been smoking PDR Value Line for years, both churchills and toros with minimal issues. Habanos are mild, flavorful and affordable favorites of mine. I smoke their connecticuts and camaroons and my only regret is they don't make a Sumatra.

For the price...it was my favorite from the sampler. I also enjoyed the 55 black.

These were the worst!Wont stay lit, hard draw, keep puffing so it wont go out,23 out of a package of 25 all bad. I would like credit or another pack of 25 cigars, make that 23.

Good after dinner cigar. Smooth, easy draw, mild.

2.5 stars. Very mild, but just enough flavor of sweet nutty tobacco to hold your interest. Not the best cheap smoke, and not the worst. Big problem with the Churchills I got was the burn. Tunnels, canoes, needs constant attention to get it to burn right, and then your mind is off the little flavors there are. A month in the humidor didn't change anything, flavor or burn. There are a few better, and cheaper even, but a LOT more are worse. I wouldn't turn 1 down if in a pinch, but probably wouldn't buy again. I would recommend to a mild cigar lover. The price really isn't too bad.

This is s great every day cigar for those who smoke a lot but can't afford (or opt not afford) to pay big bucks. I've had $7 and $8 cigars that were of equal quality in my opinion.

Its funny that when I opened this email to ask for a review, I have one of these lit outside on the deck. Very affordably priced, this cigar is well worth the money.

Got for working in the yard and around the outside of the house. Not the best odor but for a cheep smoke working outside with it is okay.

I'm just a novice but I would buy this again.
