Perdomo Lot 23 Belicoso Maduro (6" x 54) blends Cuban-seed Corojo and Criollo '98 fillers with six year old Criollo binder and a Maduro wrapper. Grown exclusively in Esteli, Nicaragua, these exquisite filler tobaccos are fermented for one year, and then bale-aged for a minimum of three years. The Cuban-seed Maduro wrapper offers hints of coffee and spice to the overall taste which has a medium body to it - slightly more body than the Connecticut wrapper version.
