The Padron 1926 Series No. 9 Maduro Toro 4 Pack, like all cigars in the 1926 Series, employs only Nicaraguan tobaccos aged for five full years. These refined tobaccos are blended and shrouded with a 5-year-aged, midnight black maduro wrapper to create exceptional smoothness, complexity, and balance rarely found in full-bodied cigars. Continuing the tradition of Padron cigars, the Serie 1926 #9 Maduro is offered in a box-pressed format with a specially designed double band featuring an individually numbered guarantee label that is applied to each and every Padron 1926 cigar. The 97-rated Padrón 1926 Serie was created to commemorate Jose O. Padrón's 75th birthday and has since become one of the most coveted cigar lines made in their factory, with high demand and limited distribution.

Just a superb smoke! Consistent all the way through and one cannot describe the delectable taste. Very seldom do I write reviews but this one needs to be delivered just like this fine cigar!

Thompson sells great cigars, have not had any bad cigars sent to me. Buy often. Love many different Padron's, but stick with the 1926 #9 & #1 and Family Reserve #85. Love, love, love them!!

Not for the first timer because of the curve on gaining a variety of proper tastings and complexities, but the note on your lips to the LONG Maduro (unusually smooth - redefined the typical maduro note) finish is nothing like I have ever tasted. The ash was fun and the aroma of the plume - just great. No, it is NOT my favorite cigar, but it was incredibly enjoyable and a must have for every aficionados humidor. Definitely not one of those "give one to your buddy" cigars.
