I am a CT smoker and this is one of my new favorites. A little more on the medium bodied profile and a little bit naturally sweet, but oh so yummy. Rich and creamy with good smoke production. After I tried my first one the thought I was left with was pancakes. I did a search for some reviews on the world wide web and one blogger described it as buttery with tasting notes of cream, wheat, maple and sugared coffee. So there you have it - pancakes! The only thing he left out was the well beaten egg. Because you don't make your pancakes with the "just add water" mix, do you? The only downside is that the wrapper can come a little loose. Not the best construction or burn line but in this case they get a pass.
