At first I was very impressed with the looks of the habano wrapper; it looked like it was gonna be a fantastic smoke. But once I got through lighting it, the cigar continued to burn unevenly no matter how many times I tried to fix it. However, it's still pretty smokeable but not enough to make me buy these again. The flavor was OK and gives you a nice buzz. It's just a very OK cigar. That's why I am rating it a 3 instead of a 1. A 1 rating would not be fair since this cigar is still able to be smoked. The price point of these makes the rating drop. It should be a $4-$5 cigar. Tried these from the Honduran Sampler I ordered.

I was very dissapointed with these Macanudo torpedo's. Usually a torpedo is reserved for the best rollers. This cigar did not burn well from the start. It was hard to keep lit and burned unevenly. I used to love Macanudo's but this has turned me off. I think I'll stick with Rocky Patell, they are a consistently great smoke.

Not as expected. Felt spongy and lacking. Burn started inconsistent after first half inch. Definitely tasted more towards FULL than MEDIUM taste. Spicy, but more than expected enemy from the Habano wrapper.

Great robust flavor. A little harder to draw being a topedo but worth it. Highly recommended.

I've ordered these in a five pack and a ten pack. The flavor is good as expected from a Mac but not to the same level as their other sticks. The BIG negative is how they burn which is SEVERELY inconsistent to the point it just becomes a hassle to smoke them. And that has been consistent with EACH stick I've smoked. If the tips come dried up hard from shipping (which has happened to me), they will not soften even after a month in the humidifier and you'll have to snip off at least an inch to achieve a good draw. The poor construction places this stick in a below $3 category

Smooth smoking but with a much bolder flavor that the regular Macanudo cafe products. Even burn and very good smoke production. These a definitely a winner for those looking for a more flavorful smoke.

Generally have one cigar in the late afternoon and two on the weekends. I like some of the Macanudos and decided to buy 5 of these. I ended up throwing two of them away, unopened. They were hard to keep lit, flair up when lighting, and somewhat harsh. First time I've had a bad Macanudo, or a bad cigar from Thompson's.

This is not an everyday cigar for me. I like a milder cigar, but it is great every couple days as a change of pace. I buy it regularly as part of my rotation. I don't care for the Torpedo and prefer a Toro or Robusto.

I brought ten of these sticks hoping that I would could relax after a hard days work. These sticks were not worth money: dry, would not stay lit, wrapper fell apart also. Maybe this was a bad batch, so disappointing after hearing about Mac's reputation.

I'm not usually a big fan of Macanudo but these are so smooth and delicious; full and easy draw, smooth and creamy all the way to the last half-inch. I would recomend these to both new smokers or experienced smokers.
