I bought a 5-pack and then ended up getting a box because I liked it so much

I cannot comment on the quality of the cigar first hand, since I purchased this as a gift. I did choose this item because of the favorable ratings that this cigar has earned from the experts. The gift of the handsome ashtray was the reason for purchasing this cigar. The gift recipient usually smokes the Gurkha Connecticut, I thought this would be something he may enjoy. Needless to say, the great pricing and wide selection makes Thompson one of the first places I turn to when choosing a gift for my smoking relations/friends. My only disappointment was in the presentation box of the gorgeous ashtray. It was all crumpled and all of the seams and corners were damaged beyond repair. The sleeve was the only thing holding the presentation box together. But it was a free ashtray and that was undamaged and in perfect condition. I am being picky but that was the only fault I could find with my Thompson experience. Will continue to purchase from Thompson!
