The Foundry War Of Currents Vanadium H-47 Pleno Sol Perfecto (6 1/8" x 54) is the brainchild of General Cigar's Michael Giannini who created Foundry Tobacco to be the whimsical, experimental cigar laboratory of the company. The Compounds, Elements, and Musings line was inspired by the periodic table and its endless contrasts and complexities. Chemical elements are represented by 18 unusual and exotic blends previously unknown to Foundry, and each presented in unconventional packaging. Vanadium, which arrives in a spectacular wooden "V" box, is one of these and while its components are somewhat enigmatic, we're told it includes Nicaraguan, Mexican, and Brazilian tobaccos. Limited quantities were made and once it disappears off the shelves, so will the blend. Genius or mad scientist? Either way, the results are brilliant.
