The cigars were the same as always, they are good for the price. The serve is terrible The ordering on line does not work, my rewards coupons don't work, long waits on hold to be told that you need a day to fix it and I have to call back tomorrow. Wish you kept the old system

Daily smoke, great for the price, budget was important as was a vanilla flavor. This is a good tasting cigar that have trouble lighting from box to box. They don't have a binder so it goes out easily, but no cigar this price does, so all-in-all, good deal.
