Lid fits great, just finished the initial set up with Boveda humidor pack, super easy, loaded up my cigars.

It doesn’t seem to hold humidity well

Looks great, good quality at a nice price and keeps my cigars in good condition. New to this so still figuring out keeping humidity at correct levels. Does have a large capacity and holds at least near 50 cigars.

It’s nice but there’s no way this holds 50 cigars. I have 25 cigars & it’s already almost at capacity.

It only took 24 hours to setup and season. With the glass top and external hygrometer you can see both the cigars and the humidity level. Humidity stays constant. I am quite pleased. I have nine humidors and I think this is my favorite.

The compass that measures the humidity is broken, so I don’t know if it’s showing the right data and I’m uncertain about what it has

An outstanding humidor for those on a budget. I fit a lot of cigars in the box, yes over 50, and they are all perfectly humidified. The dial on the front actually reads the same as what boveda humipac I have in with the cigars! The humidor looks like I spent a lot more than I did and the workmanship is great, the lid makes perfect contact with the box and creates a perfect deal and the glass is fitted perfectly.

Good humidor , looks good and holds humidity really well . A little on the small side , says it holds 50 cigars but more like 40 or so depending on gauge . Seals well , lid is tight .

Hardly any humidity loss. The glass top gives you a look of how many cigars are in there without opening the humidor. It is made of quality wood, sturdy, will last a long time.

Nice little humidor. Bought it as a back up for when I reconditioned my large humidor. Took a couple of days to get up to barely 65% humidity. Then I stocked it while my large humidor took a couple of days off. It's hanging in there barely, but it hasn't seen 70% yet.

A handsome humidor, my only gripe is that the gauge fell out of the front while unboxing. No damage and well made other than that gauge fit.

I purchased this humidor for the office. After seasoning the humidor I placed glycol solution and a few cigars in it overnight. I noticed the lid did not close properly with a tight seal. I assumed it was the newness of the humidor. WRONG! Next, the hydrometer did not rise above 60%. So I placed a hot container of water in it for five minutes. The needle never moved even with condensation on the glass. My good cigars will remain in my 35+-year-old Tabacalera humidor from the Philippines until I purchase a quality glass-top humidor. I would have returned, but I placed the shipping container in the refuse

Only had this humidor for 3weeks and the hinges to the lid fell apart

Unexplained, Thompson cancelled this order and just sent my money back. Not a word of explanation or apology. That's the worst service I've received ever from Thompson and I've been buying from them for about 30 years.

After seasoning the humidor 7 times.Do not reteing humidity, temperature of 76°f the humidity inside the humidor is 50 and I have two boveda package 76 inside. Quality is good but humidity is leaking tru the glass.

I can see what I have now without opening a lid Also, I can see the temp. without opening a lid

This is an ok humidor so far. I haven't used it yet as I'm having problems getting it to the proper %. I'll try a humidity pack and see if that helps to finish seasoning it.

This thing feels like an old family heirloom or something. My great great grandpappy picked it up in Africa whilst on elephant safari in Africa. Hence the African cedar

Is has the "Sure Seal" lid to shut snug, smells really good and to my surprise, the analog humidity dial is accurate to one degree compared to 2 digital humidity sensors I place inside as reference. The only thing not perfect is that if you place the last row of cigars to close to the edges, the lid will bite at them.

Great product. Actually everything so far has been great. Only exception is a order I placed with this product never shipped. It is listed as back ordered, which happens. I have emailed the company asking if a substitute could be sent or just a update regarding the back ordered item. Been two weeks still no response.

Won’t hold 70 without a shot glass of water inside.

I've purchased 3 of these. The first one has been really great, very tight fit! The next two aren't as tight. It also has a tag that reads: "Sure seal lit technology". The second two do not, so I'm not quite sure if that's why the second two don't seal as tight? The second two seemed to "season" quickly, but are taking some "effort" to keep at 70%. I've got 2 humidifiers and all 4 slices of one of those humi jars. That's a lot and it's still hovering around 69% with not much in it. Overall I'm pleased, especially with the first one. One of the second 2 went to a neighbor that doesn't have many cigars, so not sure how his is faring.

Thompson has ZERO customer service. Don’t wast your money with them. Go to other cigar companies.

it looks nice and serves it's function.

You get what you pay for. It was inexpensive. The one I received is more function than beauty. It works fine as a humidor, but the finish has several noticeable imperfections or blobs in the stain.

I do have a question. What is the easiest way to setup my Humidor? I'm new to setting up a new & having trouble getting it working. Can someone please assist?

Need a bigger one the door on the boxes not good.

I ordered this last minute to go along with with a cigar purchase. It looked like it would do its job but Does not hold proper temperature inside with provided humidifier. I had to place a shot glass inside with distilled water for the temp to stay within range. Wouldn’t recommend this as an everyday humidor.

I like this humidor, it was a replacement for one out of stock. If I had a bigger one I'd have more cigars!
