The cigars, once removed from glass tube, were dry and would start to unravel. I think the tube was not allowing the moisture get to the cigar. I have removed all tubes in and attempt to bring freshness back.

Hello, Never received my Order? Sent 10 emails, made 10 calls, for my refund got the run around even after sending a letter from the USPS Post master that my package was lost and not deceived. In my back office it says proceeding when explaining this out again still no refund. The way I see it I got ride of Thomson cigars for cheep it coast me 52.88

Smooth sweet n spicy flavor. Somewhat poorly constructed so you tend to get bits of tobacco on the tongue but a minor inconvenience due to the ga t that it’s such a pleasant smoke.
