Ordered one for Christmas - package was late (ok it happens right?) received an EMPTY BOX !!…. When I called - Customer service seemed like they really cared and claimed to have sent me a replacement…. NEVER RECEIVED IT. Ridiculous really. Last order I’ll ever place with Thomson. Plenty of local cigar shops and online stores.
