No complaints about this cigar at all

this is the first time I purchased Undercrown Maduros and I loved them. I love the smooth sweet cocoa flavor of Maduro wrappers and these Undercrowns were no exception. They have a nice medium body and are easy lighting and burn evenly throughout, they are a great relaxing way to end a busy day.

Great smoke for a very good price

I was surprised how good these were. Very tasty but a medium to mild smoke. Probably the best cigar I've had from Drew Estate. I normally smoke Padron or anything from Don Pepin Garcia.

Great tasting cigar. I am not exactly an aficionado but I like fairly strong cigars. This one has a great blend of tobaccos and wrapper. Definitely hits the spot when I get home from a long days haul.

Drew estate makes quality premium cigars. Allow them to rest a couple of days in your humidor before smoking.

Smoked one out of a 5 pack, wrapper was disintegrating, very poor construction or storage. Really surprised after reading all the great reviews. Maybe just a fluke, returning is a hassle, so I'll wait awhile and try another.

Great flavor aroma, just a pleasure to enjoy

The 5 pack deal was great to introduce me to this brand. The cigar is clearly rolled with quality in mind. Flawlessly done. Flavor is rich. I also had the Connecticut wrapper and it was clearly more mild but full. This size lasted for 7 holes on the golf course.

Arrived well packed, not dry, no damage. Excellent construction, nice feel, toothy, oily, rich, potent aroma. A perfect draw, oily feel on the lips, lots of smoke output, relatively slow burner, an inch and a half white ash, stays cool till the very nub. Earthy, peppery, cocoa, a faint touch of zest, some spice. A short finish, no variation in a flavor profile. Strength slowly build up from the second half. Simple but, personally, enjoyable.

This is a great smoke. When I first started enjoying cigars three years ago this was the one that made me go "wow" when I tried it. I don't smoke them as often as I used to but I always keep four or five of them in the humidor. Every time I have one I thoroughly enjoy it. These may be a bit strong for the newest smokers.

I purchased the undercrown maduro after hearing it was a budget liga privida. Burn is excellent, long ash, great flavor and a solid flavor. If this is the budget version that I'm already hooked on now I am buying more and recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it an will more track down some liga privadas to join it in my humidor.

Despite the dark Maduro wrapper, the Undercrown Gran Toro Maduro is a smooth smoke perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. The Nicaraguan and Brazilian tobaccos blend nicely to produce a medium body smoke. The flavor profile is listed as "Medium-Full" but it is closer to Medium than to Full. The flavor is much less spicy than a Padron or Cohiba Maduro. The cigar is big, so make sure to give yourself at least 45 minutes to enjoy this wonderful smoke.

Nice flavor, vey tasty, and always burns nice. I like to keep it in my humidor for at least a month before smoking it.

UC has always been one of my go to smokes. Every day !

These are a little pricey but I decided to try them as a 5-pack fever special. As a fan of several Drew Estates products,including Norteno,Esteli and Papas Fritas[for me] along with several in their Ambrosia line [for my wife] I knew this would be a standout !
