The plunger hangs up and wont allow for a quick clean cut. I returned the item

This item looks nice but it doesn't function well at all. I tried on 2 cigars and the handle used to push down is loose and catches. it caused a rough cut which made the cigars to unravel. I returned it on 12/8/17 and still haven't received my refund. 12/15/17

I used my cigar club points to buy this cigar cutter. I looks nice and that it's only quality. When I got it I tried it right away. The handle shakes and hangs up when pressing down to cut so you don't get an even quick cut. I'm glad I tried it on one of my cheap cigars because it caused it to unravel. I am returning it right away.
