The cigars that was sent to me taste stale. The ones I ordered before I could smoke down to the stub. I have never had a problem with any of the others. Not these. They are so harsh. Not what I was expecting. These must be old.

I have not yet tried one of the cigars that I purchased, but the reason that I did purchase them is because I had worked a 4-day event during which a co-worker brought a box of these cigars and a smoked a couple of them. I found them to be a totally unique cigar with excellent flavor and aroma, and bought my box as soon as I had the opportunity.

Two things wrong. 1) their smaller than they used to be. ,( But I'll let that one go, you did rate the size of them in your catalog).... 2) they were stale, half of them actually broke apart as getting them out of the packaging. Your help desk didn't want to help me at all about it... I will definitely think twice before ordering from you again.... You have let me down... I have been a loyal customer over thirty years. This is the first time you wouldn't help me out....

Every cigar I have pulled out to smoke has had irregular burning tendencies. Burning uneven or "hotboxing" during smoke. Have to cut away most of the cigar which is causing me to go through them rather quickly. NOT HAPPY Y'ALL.
