Flavor isn’t bad but they are rolled way too tight. Almost the whole bundle were un-smokable due to bad draw. You draw and no smoke comes out.

Smokes so far have been smooth and easy drawing cigars that burn slow and even. The smoke stays cool even after burning pass the "sweet spot" without becoming harsh to taste. Smoke smell is mellow (to me).

I have a thing for Filipino cigars. Like a milder version of a Cuban cigars when properly made, but more nuanced than mellow blended Dominican cigars. This version has been the best of the various types of Filipino cigars that carry the Thompson name. The addition of some Dominican Olor to the mix makes it more familiar to most Americans. Construction slightly better than average, especially at this price point.

These received one star only because it was the only way I could leave this rating; if only one could give them negative stars! I bought these for something to smoke while working in the yard, so I wasn't expecting a high quality product, and I wasn't disappointed -- more like aggravated. These are rolled tighter than a bull's ass in fly season, with an impossible draw that'll cause you to herniate a lung. They arrived in such a dry condition that the wrapper broke off and the binder began to flake even as I was removing the cellophane; several days in the humidor hadn't made much difference. They are as dry William Buckley's humor, and nigh onto impossible to keep lit. I finally resorted to crumbling them up into something I could pack into a pipe -- not as satisfying, but at least I could smoke them. Friends, save your money! Personally, I will never buy them again.

I had smoked 3. All of them had a very hard draw. Other similar priced cigars were a much better experience than this, so far. Will see if they improve after a while in the humidor. Otherwise will give them away or throw them to the trash.....
