They have shipped the wrong product twice. Still waiting on the ordered product. You are paying the return shipping on both shipments. At some point, I think someone would get involved and get this corrected. Hard to make a profit if you continue to have to pay for returned goods.

The Cuban Rounds are a great smoke, at a reasonable price. If I had any complaint, it would be the fairly high number of sticks that won’t draw. I have a poker that generally works to open an airway. Otherwise they’re a great, smooth tasting smoke. Mike Kinzel

I've had trouble with past orders trying to remove the cigar wrapper with the little pull tab only to have it break and tear off leaving me with a problem completely removing the wrap. My last order was different. Finally the cigars were easy to unwrap with the pull tab. Thanks for the improvement.

Medium body chocolate nut flavor of the maduro delivers a very pleasant smoke. Average time to consume is around 75 minutes. Occasional minor imperfections do not diminish the experience and are to be expected with hand rolling. Wife enjoys the aroma. Good value. Will order again and sample a different wrapper.
